Slow twist mild steel mouthpiece. The use of brass bushings between the dee and the mouthpiece makes for a smoother movement and eliminates pinching. The slow twist mouthpiece is helpful on horses that push on the bit when the rider pulls on the reins. Remember to release when the horse yields and no jerking.
